Antioch Discipleship Groups

At Antioch, we believe that discipleship happens in community. Our Discipleship Groups provide a space for believers to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and serve together. Whether you are new in your faith journey or have been walking with Christ for years, there is a group designed to help you grow, encourage others, and deepen your commitment to loving God, self, and others.

We encourage every member to engage in at least one Discipleship Group and complete the Group Covenant Form to commit to their spiritual growth journey.

Types of Discipleship Groups

We offer several types of Discipleship Groups, each designed to nurture faith, provide support, and equip members for life and ministry.

Life Groups – Growing Together in Everyday Life

Life Groups provide care, encouragement, and support as participants navigate daily life as disciples of Christ. These groups focus on fellowship, personal growth, and accountability.

🔹 Focus: Medium Instruction | High Fellowship | Medium Service
🔹 Who Can Join? Open to men and women, non-members, and non-believers
🔹 Examples:

• Sisters of Soul
• Women Working Together in Christ
• Uniquely United for Christ

Study Groups – Growing in Biblical Understanding

Study Groups provide biblical instruction and equip participants for life and ministry. These groups are designed for those who want to dig deeper into Scripture and grow in their knowledge of God’s Word.

🔹 Focus: High Instruction | Low Fellowship | Low Service
🔹 Who Can Join? Open to men and women, non-members, usually believers only
🔹 Examples:

• Sunday School
• Wednesdays in the Word

Family Groups – Growing in Christ-Centered Relationships

Family Groups provide spiritual care and support to help individuals live out their roles in the family, church, and world. Whether single, married, or part of a growing family, these groups encourage members to build Christ-centered relationships.

🔹 Focus: Medium Instruction | High Fellowship | Medium Service
🔹 Who Can Join? Open to men and women, non-members, and non-believers
🔹 Examples:

• Men’s Ministry
• Women’s Ministry
• Antioch Kids

Fellowship Groups – Growing in Sharing & Discipleship

Fellowship Groups are designed to support one another as they share their faith stories, practice spiritual disciplines, and engage in disciple-making efforts. These groups emphasize deep connection, encouragement, and collective growth.
