Genesis Garden

Antioch's Community Garden

The Antioch Baptist Church is a member of the Black Church Food Security Network. This organization strives to help black churches use their assets to establish garden on their land, host miniature farmers markets, and buy wholesale from black farmers.

The goals of the Antioch Genesis Community Garden are to practically demonstrate God's love through:


  1. Encouraging gardening
  2. Addressing food insecurities
  3. Promoting health and wellness
  4. Embracing food sovereignty and food justice
